Return Policy & Procedure Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and standardized customer return experience, please be informed of the updated return

policy and procedures. All team members are required to adhere strictly to the following guidelines:

1. Application Request for Return Customer may apply for returns within 14 days after receiving the purchased

items.

2. Conditions For The Return Of An Item

Customers can apply for the return under the following circumstances:

-Non-receipt or Lost Item due to delivery;

-The Item was defective and/or damaged during delivery;

-Wrong item delivered by the Seller (e.g. faulty product, packaging, or materials issue, etc.);

Note: Promotion Item are strictly non-returnable/refundable

If required, the customer must ship the Items to a location designated by Beaute Refine Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd

within 10 working days of raising the return request.

Sales personnel will fill in the Customer Goods Return form.

P&Q Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to approve or reject any return request at its sole discretion.

Regarding returning items, customers must return the items, including any complimentary items or free

samples that came with it, in the same condition they received it. It is recommended to take photos of the item

upon receipt.

P&Q Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd will not accept used items.

3. Product Return Shipping Fee

Regarding the responsibility for product return shipping fees, please note the following guidelines:

If an unforeseen error occurs after P&Q Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd has accepted and acknowledged the "Customer

Goods Return Form" and confirmed it is the seller's responsibility, the seller will bear the cost of return

shipping fees.

If the buyer wishes to return an item due to a change of mind, they must first obtain the seller's consent before

submitting a return request, and the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping fees.
